Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Manager role is based in Bengaluru.



The role involves leading quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations, ensuring products and processes meet company standards and relevant industry regulations. The Quality Assurance Manager will design and implement quality control procedures, oversee inspections and testing, analyze data to identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position will collaborate closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams to address quality issues, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role also includes managing audits, documentation, and compliance systems, as well as mentoring and developing the quality team.
Qualifications

• Robust expertise in quality management systems, including implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and the use of quality tools such as SPC, F
