Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tally Trainer role based in Chennai. The Tally Trainer will conduct classroom and lab-based training sessions on Tally and related accounting concepts for learners at various skill levels.



Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, creating training materials, delivering interactive lectures and practical demonstrations, and supervising hands-on exercises in Tally. The role involves assessing learner performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate training records. The trainer will also support curriculum updates, ensure alignment with industry standards, and collaborate with the center team to improve training quality and learner outcomes.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and computerized accounting, including ledgers, vouchers, GST, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Practical understanding of core accounting principles such as journal entries, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, taxation basics, and bank reconciliation.
