Role Overview
The Finance & Accounts Specialist will manage the financial operations of executive education programmes under the Educational Outreach Office. The role will have hands-on responsibility for accounting, budgeting, programme finance, billing, collections, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial closure, while working closely with programme teams, the Institute’s Finance & Accounts Office, faculty, vendors, and external partners.





Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Finance & Financial Planning
• Manage the financial operations of multiple executive education programmes from budgeting through financial closure.
• Prepare and monitor programme budgets, pricing, revenue projections, profitability, break-even analysis, and forecasts.
• Track programme-wise revenue, expenditure, receivables, liabilities, collections, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare financial summaries, MIS, and reports for management and provide insights on programme performance.
• Manage financial closure, including faculty honorariums, vendor payments, partner settlements, refunds, and outstanding receivables.

2. Accounting, Billing & Collections
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and programme-wise financial records.
• Process invoices, receipts, journal entries, refunds, reimbursements, and payments.
