We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team and help expand our membership base.

Key Responsibilities• Handle membership enquiries from prospective individual and corporate members.
• Explain membership benefits, facilities, packages, and approved pricing to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
• Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed memberships and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct facility tours and explain YMCA's offerings to prospective members.
• Identify potential corporate clients and support corporate membership sales activities.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and sales updates in the CRM.




• Build relationships with existing members to generate referrals and new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Telecalling team to improve lead conversion.

Candidate Profile• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to follow up consistently, handle objections, and close sales.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.
• Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales, customer service, or membership-sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
