Role Description The Sr Implementation Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of CARPL.ai solutions at client sites, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, integration with existing radiology systems, and coordination of testing and go-live activities.



The Sr Implementation Engineer will work closely with radiologists, IT teams, and vendor partners to ensure smooth deployment and reliable performance of AI applications in clinical workflows. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting implementation issues, preparing documentation, and training end users on platform features and best practices. The role also involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback, optimize implementations, and support continuous improvement of the CARPL.ai platform.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in software implementation and project implementation for complex, enterprise or healthcare-related systems.
• Experience providing technical support, including troubleshooting integrations, resolving configuration issues, and ensuring system stability.
