Role Description
The Retail Sales Officer opportunity is part of a company-sponsored training and employment programme for a reputed organisation in the retail jewellery industry. Selected candidates will undergo approximately 15–30 days of classroom-based training, with accommodation and meals provided at no cost during the training period.
Upon successful completion of the programme and fulfilment of the applicable selection requirements, candidates will have the opportunity to join the client organisation as Retail Sales Officers at its retail locations in Delhi, Bengaluru or Mumbai.
The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements,



explaining jewellery products and recommending suitable options. Responsibilities include supporting showroom sales, delivering excellent customer service, contributing to sales targets, maintaining qualified grooming standards and assisting with day-to-day retail operations.
The indicative monthly compensation after joining is ₹18,000–₹25,000, with performance-based incentives applicable after three months, subject to the applicable terms.

Qualifications
• Minimum qualification of graduation for Delhi and 12th pass or equivalent for Bengaluru and Mumbai.
• Proficiency in Hindi for Delhi, Kannada for Bengaluru and Marathi for Mumbai.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude and willingness to undertake a retail mathematics assessment.
