Qualification• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–8 years of relevant QA/QC experience in tube fittings and instrumentation valves manufacturing.





Key Responsibilities• Complete material traceability and verification of MTCs as per EN 10204 Type 3.1 / 3.2.
• Handling TPI inspections, customer inspections, and quality audits.
• Preparation of quality documentation, inspection reports, and test certificates.
• Knowledge of type testing as per ASTM F1387 and MSS SP-99.
• Knowledge of Shell TAT testing for DBB and monoflange valves.
• Client approval and documentation requirements for EIL, ADNOC, KOC, KNPC, and other reputed organizations.
• IBR documentation preparation and coordination of IBR inspections with TPI agencies.
• Incoming material inspection and operation of UT testing equipment.
• Coordination and review of NDT activities, including UT and RT.
• Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and applicable quality standards.

Required Skills• Robust technical knowledge of tube fittings and instrumentation valves.
• Practical experience in quality control, inspection, and material traceability.
