About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brands’ social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning, trend research, audience engagement, and social media strategy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Identify trending topics, audio, reels formats, and competitor strategies.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and content creators.
• Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, and growth.
• Analyze insights and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage community engagement, comments,



messages, and audience interactions.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, content quality, and timely posting.
• Develop creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand promotions.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Experience with content calendars, analytics, and social media management tools.
• Experience in D2C, beauty, skincare, or e-commerce brands will be an advantage.
