Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Counselor based in Mohali. The Immigration Counselor will guide prospective clients through various immigration pathways, including student, skilled, business, and family-based options, in line with the policies of destination countries.

Qualifications
• Strong client advisory and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly and professionally.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-volume workplace.
• Collaboration and coordination skills to work effectively with colleagues, external lawyers, consultants, etc.




• Proficiency in standard office software and basic data-entry or CRM tools to maintain case files and client information.
• Relevant experience in immigration consulting, legal services, international education, or customer service in a similar domain is highly beneficial.
• Must be Graduate in any field.
• Candidates having experience in immigration procedures for Canada, Australia, the USA, UK, and other major destinations will be preferred. However, Freshers with good communication skills and zeal for sales can also apply.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language abilities (other regional languages) are an advantage.
