Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will own end-to-end hiring across business, marketing, tech, sales, admissions, and leadership roles. This role goes beyond sourcing—covering workforce planning, stakeholder management, employer branding, and process optimization.
You will act as a strategic hiring partner, ensuring speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning → sourcing → interviews → offers → onboarding
• Handle bulk hiring (admission counsellors, sales, operations) and niche roles (performance marketing, tech, leadership)
• Ensure strong candidate experience and high offer-to-join ratio

2. Workforce Planning & Hiring Strategy




• Collaborate with business heads to forecast hiring needs
• Create quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Optimize hiring cost, time-to-hire, and recruiter productivity

3. Sourcing & Channel Optimization
• Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, social hiring, and campus drives
• Build passive talent pipelines
• Reduce dependency on agencies through internal sourcing strategies

4. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with founders, CXOs, and department heads
• Push back with data when expectations are unrealistic
• Drive structured interview processes and decision discipline

5. Employer Branding & Process Improvement
• Strengthen SRV Media’s employer brand on LinkedIn & job platforms
• Improve ATS usage, hiring dashboards, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation

6. Team & Vendor Management (if applicable)
• Mentor recruiters / coordinators
• Manage external vendors and negotiate co
