Key Job Description:
Job involves providing strategic plan and insights for various projects – new as well as ongoing – to senior management which helps in formulating long term and short term plans for growth of organization. This involves following,
• To provide landscape, competitor research, pipeline landscape and market insights with implications on Zydus business in area of Cell and Gene Therapy, US Animal Health business
• To provide strategic insights to support the new product selection strategy and Portfolio management especially for Cell and Gene Therapy, US Animal Health business
• To actively engage in market forecasting and product life cycle management programs
• To work with cross functional teams (R&D;, IP, Regulatory, Marketing, Legal, etc.) on strategic initiatives
• To create business plans/go-to-market strategies for development and commercialization in area of Cell and Gene Therapy, US Animal Health business taking into consideration the overall market dynamics




• To support senior management in addressing critical scientific and business questions which are critical for various business decisions
• To identify opportunities for organization which could be of high value

Candidate profile:
Must have:
• 3-4 years in Pharmaceutical Industry preferable to have prior Business Development/ Corporate Strategy/ Competitive Intelligence & Analytics/ Portfolio management
• knowledge and understanding of regulatory and clinical pathways required in India as well as in regulated markets
• Candidate should quickly adapt to organizational framework and should be able to deliver in quick turn-around time
• Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
• Proficiency in secondary data search from

Positive to have:
• Knowledge of NPV Analysis, DCF modeling, payback analysis
• Knowledge of various pharmaceutical forecasting models

Requirements:
• Qualification: M.Pharm/ M.S (Biotech)/ MBA
