Role Description: The Sr. Executive/Manager – Business Development Sales AMC is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), particularly within regulated sectors. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and onboarding new clients,



managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating commercial terms aligned with company policies. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal licensing and liaison teams to ensure service delivery, and tracking sales performance metrics. The individual will be expected to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support strategic business planning and growth.

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Relevant Experience: 1–5 years of experience in B2B Field Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Solution Sales.
