Role Description The Billing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based at ES Healthcare Centre in Ahmedabad. The Billing Executive will manage end-to-end billing processes, including generating invoices, verifying patient and insurer details, and ensuring accurate posting of charges for medical services. This role involves reconciling billing records, following up on outstanding payments,



coordinating with finance and administrative teams, and maintaining up-to-date billing documentation. The Billing Executive will respond to billing inquiries from patients and partners, clarify charges, and support resolution of discrepancies. The role also includes preparing regular billing reports, monitoring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of billing process and invoicing, with experience handling healthcare or service-based billing cycles.
• Well-developed analytical skills to review billing data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate financial reporting.
