Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.
The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical roles. Day-to-day activities include proactive outreach through various channels, conducting initial assessments of technical and cultural fit, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data, and provide regular reports on hiring progress and market insights.
