Role Description The International Voice Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for providing voice-based customer support to international clients. In this role, the agent handles inbound and outbound calls, responds to customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides accurate information while maintaining skilled communication standards. Day-to-day tasks include following defined processes and scripts,



documenting interactions in the system, escalating complex issues when necessary, and meeting performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The agent is expected to work in rotating shifts aligned with global time zones, adhere to compliance and privacy requirements, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.

Monthly take home: 22k to 39k

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, including clear pronunciation, active listening, and confident telephone etiquette.
• Customer service capabilities such as empathy, problem-solving, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
