8–10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a trading, manufacturing, or distribution company.

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com preferred
• Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly competent and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting operations, preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring statutory compliance, and supervising a team of two junior accountants. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of Tally, accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting while demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in Tally.
• Ensure timely recording and reconciliation of all accounting transactions.




• Review accounting entries passed by junior accountants.
• Maintain the General Ledger and ensure accounting accuracy.

Financial Statements & Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including:
• Profit & Loss Account
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Statement
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audits.
• Conduct periodic analysis of financial performance and highlight key observations to management.
• Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.

Compliance & Taxation
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare data required for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.

Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Monitor receivables and payables.
• Review customer and supplier reconciliations.
