Mandatory Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in the software development industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a people management role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Development Manager).
• Proven hands-on experience in software development and system architecture.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies.
• Excellent ability to translate complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers,



Operations, etc.) and effectively mediate team conflicts.

Beneficial/Optional Experience:
• Experience with Cloud technologies, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Project Management experience.
