Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru East ( Banashankari/whitefield). The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales activities, including managing the sales pipeline, meeting with prospective clients, and presenting design and product solutions. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.



The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the design and operations teams to align client expectations with project delivery and revenue targets. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to grow market presence for FDC Studios and Aristo products.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience managing a full sales cycle and closing deals in interior design, home solutions, or a related industry.
• Client relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions clearly and confidently.
• Ability to collaborate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and a positive client experience.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and MS Office or similar applications to track leads, opportunities, and revenue.
