Role Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our agile team. In this role, you will play a vital role in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee financial transactions, and actively contribute to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:




• Managing day-to-day transactions through banks and maintaining payments.
• Managing and recording bills and expenses.
• Managing vendor payments, ensuring timely clearance of pending payments.
• Assisting in preparing and filing GST returns, ensuring timely payments and maintaining records.
• Calculating and deducting TDS, preparing and filing TDS returns.
• Processing salaries, maintaining payrolls, and handling ESIC, EPF, and Professional Tax.
• Preparing customer invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining records of receivables.
• Preparing and maintaining monthly and yearly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assisting in income tax return preparation and filing.
• Creating monthly and yearly budgets, tracking expenses against the budget, and providing financial forecasts.
