Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam.



This role involves identifying and engaging prospective learners and partner organizations, conducting outreach via calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to promote Ininti Tech Academy’s programs. The associate will nurture leads, explain course offerings and career outcomes, schedule and conduct consultations or demos, and support the enrollment process from initial inquiry to admission. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating CRM records, preparing basic sales reports, coordinating with marketing and academic teams on campaigns and events, and gathering feedback from learners and partners to improve offerings. The role also includes participating in local events, seminars, and campus visits to increase brand visibility and build long-term relationships with institutions and corporate partners.
