Recruitment
• Run end-to-end hiring for roles across e-commerce, catalogue, design, customer support and warehouse
• Write job posts, source on LinkedIn, Naukri and referrals, screen candidates and schedule interviews
• Coordinate offers, documentation and joining formalities

Onboarding and employee lifecycle
• Run smooth onboarding: paperwork, induction and first-week setup
• Maintain employee records, attendance and leave tracking
• Handle confirmations, transfers and exit formalities, including exit interviews

Payroll and compliance
• Share monthly attendance and payroll inputs with accounts
• Manage PF, ESI and other statutory compliance with the consultant
• Keep HR documentation audit-ready

Policies and culture
• Draft and roll out HR policies: leave, attendance, code of conduct
• Plan engagement activities, celebrations and recognition
• Be the first point of contact for employee concerns and resolve them fairly
• Support performance reviews and appraisal cycles

What we're looking forMust-have
• Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field




• 1-3 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a startup, D2C, retail or e-commerce company
• Proven hiring track record for both office and operations/warehouse roles
• Working knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESI and payroll processes
• Solid communication in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools
• Organised, discreet with confidential information, and able to own work end to end

Nice to have
• Experience setting up HR processes from scratch in a small, growing team
• Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software such as Keka, Zoho People or greytHR
• Interest in fashion, jewellery or online retail
