Key Responsibilities

• Planning and running digital campaigns across paid ads, SEO, social, email, and WhatsApp to bring in quality leads
• Managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google: budgets, audiences, creatives, testing and optimising for cost per lead
• Making our website and landing pages work harder, with SEO, content and conversion tweaks
• Building and tracking lead funnels for our webinars, programs and community
• Running email and WhatsApp campaigns that nurture leads without being annoying
• Managing our social presence with our content team so the brand feels fresh and consistent




• Working with sales to improve lead quality and track what actually converts
• Tracking the numbers (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions), sharing insights, and doubling down on what works
• Keeping an eye on new tools, trends and platform updates, and testing them before everyone else does
• Working with our editors, designers and creators to bring campaigns to life
