? We’re Hiring | Team Leader – US Payroll
? Location: Thane West, Mumbai
? Experience: 5–8 Years
? Shift: US Shift
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Requirements:
? End-to-end US payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now (mandatory)
? Strong knowledge of US payroll compliance, multi-state taxation, FLSA and wage regulations
? Experience in advantages administration, COBRA, ACA reporting and unemployment claims
? Exposure to US sales tax filings and payroll reconciliations
? Strong client management, problem-solving and team leadership skills
? Excellent communication skills and advanced MS Excel
? Ideal Candidate: 5–8 years of hands-on US payroll experience, including independent client handling or team leadership.
The candidate should have hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now software for end-to-end US payroll processing.
