Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Engage existing customers and encourage repeat business.
• Promote services, offers, and membership plans.
• Schedule pickups and coordinate with store teams.
• Maintain customer records and ensure excellent customer service.
