Role Description The National Sales Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Nashik,



responsible for leading sales and marketing initiatives for Turbofusion’s heat-transfer solutions across India. This role involves developing and executing national sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with equipment manufacturers and process-industry clients. The manager will plan and implement marketing campaigns, oversee brand positioning, coordinate product promotions, and support technical presentations and demonstrations. Daily activities include market research, sales forecasting, pipeline management, collaboration with the design and engineering teams, and regular reporting on performance and growth targets. The role also requires travel to customer sites, industry events, and partner locations as needed.
