About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender / Bid Executive to manage the end-to-end tender and proposal process. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying tender opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Experience in the IT/Technology industry and exposure to government, PSU, or corporate tenders will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and evaluate relevant tender, RFP, RFQ, and RFI opportunities aligned with company business objectives.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, technical requirements, commercial terms, and submission guidelines.
Manage the complete tender lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and closure.
Prepare high-quality tender and proposal documents while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.




Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to gather required information and documentation.
Develop and manage tender timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed within defined deadlines.
Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with relevant teams.
Assist in developing pricing and commercial strategies based on project requirements and business objectives.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support effective bid strategies.
Identify potential risks, compliance gaps, and commercial concerns and coordinate appropriate mitigation plans.
Maintain an updated database of tenders, proposals, client feedback, outcomes, pricing information, and competitor intelligence.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders throughout the tendering process.
