Job Description
The job is entirely remote and open strictly for those residing in India.
This is an early position as a part of the founding team. The PRO will play key role in updating and adhering to marketing documents, such as the messaging house, tone of voice, and other critical collateral from the ground up and inline with Quoteit workflow requirements.
Upon successful completion of interview and verification,
the selected candidate is expected to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The Public Relations Officer will manage day-to-day media relations activities, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists, monitoring news and industry trends, identifying opportunities for coverage, responding to media inquiries, and coordinating interviews. The role requires maintaining accurate records of communications activities, preparing reports on PR outcomes, and supporting crisis communication efforts when needed.
Qualifications
• A candidate must have strong public relations and media relations skills. This includes experience managing agencies and directly working with journalists, media outlets and securing outbound coverage opportunities. Hence, at least five years of relevant experience in corporate communications, brand communications, or agency environments is beneficial.
