Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically competent MEP Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate must have practical experience in MEP site execution, HVAC coordination, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire and life-safety services.
The candidate should be capable of interpreting technical drawings, performing HVAC heat load calculations, coordinating with subcontractors, supervising site execution, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Mandatory requirement: Prior experience in commercial interior fit-out projects is essential. Candidates with only residential, industrial maintenance, or general building maintenance experience will not be considered unless they also have relevant commercial fit-out execution experience.
