Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Principal Engineer / Architect to become a technical owner of an emerging AI security and governance platform. This is not an architecture-only or management role. You will shape technical direction, write production code, validate new approaches and turn an evolving product vision into a secure, scalable commercial offering.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Golang (Go) experience, supported by solid programming fundamentals and practical software engineering experience.
• Proven hands-on solution architecture experience,



including personally designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions.
• Experience building, deploying, operating and troubleshooting production-grade systems.
• Ability to independently make architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs and design scalable, secure, reliable and maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment and production support.
• Design and build secure backend services, APIs, integrations and high-volume data-processing capabilities using Go.
• Remain actively hands-on with coding, code review, debugging, performance optimisation, concurrency and memory management.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into practical system components, interfaces, dependencies and delivery plans.
