Role Description The Quantity Surveyor will work in office in Kozhikode in a full-time capacity, supporting the financial and contractual management of healthcare screening facilities and related projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning, and monitoring project budgets to ensure resources are used efficiently.



The role involves performing detailed cost analysis, tracking expenditure against forecasts, and producing periodic cost reports for stakeholders. The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to evaluate quotations, negotiate costs, and manage variations and claims. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, supporting tender processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
