Role Description The OT Technician will support the smooth and protected functioning of the operating theatres at HBCH&RC;, Muzaffarpur. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muzaffarpur. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing operating rooms,



arranging surgical instruments and equipment, and ensuring proper sterilization and infection control. The OT Technician will assist surgical teams during procedures, handle specimens as per protocol, and maintain accurate documentation of supplies and equipment usage. The role also involves checking and maintaining OT machinery, coordinating with nursing and medical staff, adhering to safety and quality standards, and supporting emergency and scheduled surgeries as required.
Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in OT Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of operating room procedures, aseptic techniques, and infection control practices.
• Ability to prepare, handle, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
