Role Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, support affiliate marketing initiatives, coordinate product sampling, and drive marketplace sales. The ideal candidate should understand TikTok Shop workflows and be comfortable working with data, creators, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
• Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, catalog management, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Coordinate affiliate marketing activities, including creator outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Manage product sampling workflows, monitor sample requests and acceptance rates, and follow up with creators.
• Track affiliate-generated content, video performance, GMV, orders,



and product sales.
• Identify potential creators and affiliates to increase product visibility and sales.
• Monitor shop performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with creators, influencers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and strategies to improve conversions.
• Monitor competitor activity, trending products, and emerging TikTok Shop opportunities.
• Ensure product catalog accuracy and resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory, and listings.

Requirement
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations, TikTok Shop, or affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate management tools is preferred.
