Role Description The Safety Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area,



responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment across all facilities. This role involves conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits, and ensuring adherence to applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. The Safety Officer will investigate incidents and near-misses, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions, while maintaining accurate safety records and reports. Daily tasks include planning and delivering safety training, supporting emergency preparedness, coordinating safety drills, and collaborating with operations, HR, and management to integrate safety into all work processes. The role also includes monitoring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), supporting contractor safety management, and continuously improving safety standards in alignment with company certifications and legal requirements.
