Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Canva Designer & Social Media Executive to create engaging visual content and manage the agency’s social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities• Design social media creatives, posts, stories, carousels, and reels using Canva.
• Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand requirements.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and audience growth; prepare periodic performance reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats,



and platform algorithms.
• Coordinate with the PR and brand teams to ensure timely content delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all platforms.

Required Skills• Strong Canva designing skills and a valuable creative sense.
• Practical knowledge of social media management and content planning.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, stories, trends, and engagement metrics.
• Good writing, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Working ScheduleAs per company policy, with alternate Saturdays off.
