Job Description

*Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 30 Health Claim Adjudicators for a leading health insurance company at its Thane Head Office.*
We are looking for qualified doctors with experience in health insurance claims processing, medical claim assessment, claim adjudication, or claim investigation.

*Key Responsibilities* :
- Review and assess health insurance claims.
- Examine medical records, hospital bills, discharge summaries, and investigation reports.
- Verify medical necessity, treatment details, and claim documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential fraud indicators.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround time (TAT).

*Eligibility Criteria*
- Must be BHMS / BAMS / MBBS qualified.




- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in health insurance claims, medical claim processing, adjudication, investigation, or medical assessment.
- Good medical knowledge and document-review skills.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

*Vacancies & Shift Timings*

1. *Cashless Claim Adjudicator – 20 Positions*
- Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
- Any 9-hour shift.

2. *Reimbursement Claim Adjudicator – 10 Positions*
- Fixed shift: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

*Salary & Training*
- Monthly salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000, based on experience and interview performance.
- Initial training: 7 working days (unpaid).
- Employment on the rolls of Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd.
