Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Indirect Taxation Assistant Manager / Manager. The role involves managing indirect tax compliance, including preparation and review of returns, reconciliations, and documentation under applicable GST and other indirect tax regulations. The professional will handle tax planning and advisory assignments, perform technical research on tax laws,



and support clients in assessments, audits, and departmental inquiries. Responsibilities include reviewing transactions for tax implications, assisting in drafting opinions and reports, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring timely implementation of updates for clients. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining organized records and workpapers to support filings and advisory work.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in tax compliance and tax preparation, with hands-on experience in filing indirect tax returns and maintaining supporting documentation.
