About the Role:
The DGM HR for the O&M; division at Sigachi is responsible to assess, plan, coordinate and execute all client factories related HR & Admin activities pertaining to
a. Manpower planning, mobilization, onboarding & deployment (skilled, semi-skilled & unskilled) for existing and new client acquisitions.
b. Get regional HR teams to align with the company’s people practices strategy pertaining to recruitment, current employee induction, performance management, employee engagement, technical training, L&D;, Policy administration, etc.

The O&M; division of Sigachi operates on an outsourced model, where Sigachi employees are deployed at client locations on specific assignments / objectives. The O&M; agreements with our clients are contractual & renewed from time to time. Through a combination of internal and external interventions, the incumbent is expected to help Sigachi become an “Employer of Choice”. The role reports to the VP & Business Head – O&M; and is based in the corporate office at Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Policy Management




• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Formulate and review HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance with changing regulations
• Oversee HR budgeting and resource allocation for maximum effectiveness

2. Recruitment Efficiency & Effectiveness
• Lead recruitment activities with the recruitment team to deliver right candidates at the right time and right cost.
• Monitor & eliminate any revenue leakage or penalties caused because of insufficient manpower supply as specified in client contracts
• Design & implement multiple methods of recruitment, adopting sourcing channels that works the best to fulfil open positions.

3. Talent Management
• Review & advise periodically the organogram that will map to the requirements of the business
• Direct recruitment processes and manpower planning to meet organizational needs
