Role Description The Senior User Experience Architect is a full-time remote role responsible for designing intuitive, high-impact experiences across Clarity Tax Tech’s enterprise web applications. This role leads UX discovery and delivery, including mapping complex tax workflows into clear user journeys, defining information architecture, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.



Day-to-day activities include planning and conducting user research with tax professionals, synthesizing findings into personas and requirements, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts. The Senior UX Architect will establish UX standards and design systems, mentor teammates on best practices, and ensure accessibility and consistency across the platform. This position contributes to product strategy by advocating for user-centered design decisions that support usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
