We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Intern who is eager to learn about holiday planning, customer communication, and travel sales. You will work with our team to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable holiday packages, manage enquiries, and learn how to convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.
About the RoleAs a Travel Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the holiday-package sales journey, from understanding customer requirements and preparing itineraries to conducting follow-ups, assisting with booking confirmations, and coordinating with the operations team.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with people, has an interest in travel, and wants to develop practical skills in sales, negotiation, customer relationship management, and holiday planning.
You will receive guidance from the team while gradually taking ownership of assigned enquiries and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities→ Understand customer preferences, budgets, travel dates, and expectations through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

→ Manage assigned enquiries through timely responses, structured follow-ups, and effective objection handling.
