Key Responsibilities
∙ End-to-End Onboarding: Lead the complete onboarding lifecycle, from offer acceptance and pre-joining coordination to joining formalities, induction and post-joining follow-ups.
∙ Team Management: Lead and guide the onboarding team, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
∙ Process Management:



Establish and streamline onboarding processes, standard operating procedures and turnaround times to ensure a consistent employee experience across locations.
∙ Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, school principals, HR Operations, IT and Payroll teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
∙ Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate employee documentation, background verification coordination, compliance with company policies and maintenance of employee records.
∙ HRIS & Reporting: Oversee employee data updates in HRMS/HRIS platforms and monitor onboarding metrics, joining status, turnaround time and process efficiency.
∙ Performance Management: Monitor onboarding team performance, establish key performance indicators and implement improvement plans to achieve operational targets.
