We are looking for an ambitious, detail-driven MICE Operations Manager who thrives in rapid-paced environments, excels at vendor negotiations, and takes pride in executing flawless corporate travel experiences.

? Detailed Key Responsibilities
1. MICE & Corporate Event Execution• Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end logistics for corporate offsites, retreats, incentive tours, and conferences.
• Design comprehensive travel itineraries, movement schedules,



and flight/hotel arrangements tailored to corporate client requirements.
• Coordinate on-ground event management, ensuring guest arrivals, venue setups, and event schedules run seamlessly.

2. Hotel, Resort & Vendor Contracting• Negotiate corporate room blocks, twin-bed configurations, meal plans, and banquet rates with luxury hotel chains and boutique resorts (e.g., Taj, Marriott, Le Pondy, etc.).
• Oversee guest room allocations, special requests, VIP arrangements, and rooming list updates with hotel reservation desks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with destination management companies (DMCs), local transport vendors, and activity providers.

3. Flight, Fleet & Ground Logistics• Manage group flight bookings and air ticketing across corporate airline portals (IndiGo, Air India, IATA networks).
