Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive with robust expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for both White Collar and Blue Collar positions, with the ability to close vacancies within defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Bulk & Blue Collar Hiring: Handle recruitment for production, CNC operators, draughtsmen, interior designers, sales, engineering, and other operational roles.




• Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial HR screening, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.
• Hiring Manager Coordination: Work closely with department heads to understand job specifications, hiring priorities, and manpower requirements.
• Interview Management: Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interview panels, collect feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Offer Management: Discuss salary expectations, negotiate offers, release offer letters in coordination with HR, and follow up until joining.
• Recruitment TAT: Track and achieve recruitment targets within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, vacancy status, sourcing reports, interview feedback, offer status, and joining reports.
• Joining & Retention: Ensure smooth onboarding, maintain candidate engagement, and minimize offer dropo
