We are looking for experienced Business Process Controls Professionals for an immediate hiring opportunity across Bengaluru, Gurgaon & Noida.
Position Details:
• Role: Business Process Controls
• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Location: Bengaluru / Gurgaon / Noida
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates serving notice period of up to 15 days

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Business Process Controls (BP Controls).
• Draft and maintain process and control documentation.
• Perform and assist with risk assessments, scoping, and process walkthroughs.
• Prepare process flowcharts and document business processes.
• Conduct Test of Design (TOD) and evaluate the effectiveness of control design.
• Demonstrate solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Important Eligibility Criteria:




• Candidates with relevant Business Process Controls experience only will be considered.
• ITGC, IT Controls and IDTC-only profiles will not be considered.
• Hyderabad-based candidates are not eligible for this requirement.
• Candidates must be willing to join immediately or within 15 days.
• Relevant educational and employment documents must be available for background verification.
