Role Description The Agency Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for building and managing an agency network for health insurance sales.



The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and developing agency partners, monitoring their performance, and supporting them in achieving sales and productivity targets. The Agency Manager will plan and execute local sales strategies, conduct regular training and motivational sessions, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day activities include field visits, pipeline review, coordination with internal teams for product and process support, and reporting on key performance metrics. The position requires strong relationship management to maintain a high level of engagement with agency partners and deliver a consistent customer experience.
