Position Overview: Associate, Founder’s Office

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented professional to join the Founder’s Office at Nat Habit as an Associate. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of the organization, offering direct exposure to the founders and to strategic decision-making. In this role, you will work across teams to analyze market dynamics,



consumer insights, and business performance. Your work will help shape decisions on growth, profitability and brand. You will often start with a loosely defined problem and be expected to structure it, find the data, and drive it to a decision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute meaningfully to business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis: Track key business metrics and flag anomalies or worrying trends; conduct in-depth analysis across marketing, category, finance, and operations to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement.
2. Strategic Projects: Work closely with the founders on high-impact projects, owning specific workstreams through planning, execution and tracking of outcomes.
3. Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct primary and secondary research
