We're looking for a Compliance Associate to help ensure that our influencer marketing campaigns, documentation, and processes meet the regulatory and compliance standards expected by our clients and partners.

This is a detail-heavy role for someone who enjoys working with data, documentation, and processes, but can also collaborate closely with teams to solve problems and keep things moving. You will work alongside our Influencer Marketing Team and the consulting firms associated with our clients to facilitate audits, compliance checks, and campaign-level requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Compliance & Documentation
• Review compliance-related documents, budgets, data points, and campaign information for accuracy, completeness, and validity.
• Maintain organised records of compliance materials, processes, checks, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure campaign documentation is aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and ASCI guidelines.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies,



or potential compliance issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.

Support Audits & Compliance Checks
• Work closely with consulting firms associated with our clients to facilitate audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather the required information and documentation within timelines.
• Track compliance requirements and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely closure.
• Help establish and maintain processes that make compliance checks more structured and effective.

Partner with the Influencer Marketing Team
• Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Team to understand ongoing campaigns and align compliance requirements with execution.
• Provide guidance on compliance-related requirements and flag potential issues early.
• Help teams navigate documentation and compliance requirements without slowing down campaign execution.

Analyse & Report
