About the Role
Aelum Consulting is looking for a hands-on Technical Manager with robust experience in enterprise application development, solution architecture and technical delivery on platforms such as Salesforce, Pega, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, BMC Helix, Jira Service Management or similar enterprise workflow technologies.
The role is suited to an experienced technical leader who can design scalable solutions, lead engineering teams, engage with customers and take end-to-end ownership of technical delivery. The selected candidate will transition to ServiceNow through a structured, hands-on learning and implementation program.

This is a technical leadership role, not a pure project management or people management position. The individual is expected to remain closely involved in solution design, technical reviews, customer demonstrations and delivery quality while developing the team and its capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Architecture and Solution Design
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable enterprise applications, workflows and integrations.




• Lead technical solutioning, architecture decisions, effort estimation and design reviews.
• Evaluate out-of-the-box capabilities versus custom development, considering performance, maintainability, security and upgrade implications.
• Identify opportunities to build reusable components, accelerators and engineering best practices.

2. Technical Delivery and Quality
• Own technical delivery from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment and go-live.
• Review code, configurations, integrations and technical documentation to ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, defects and delivery bottlenecks early, and drive corrective actions.
