About the role
As Catalog & Digital Merchandising Manager, you will own the complete digital lifecycle of products from receiving information internally to structuring the data, coordinating content & imagery, publishing it on Shopify, and ensuring every live product page remains accurate and discoverable. You will be expected to build the processes, taxonomy, automation and quality standards that allow Furnishka to manage a large complex catalogue efficiently.

Key responsibilities
• Own end-to-end product onboarding, SKU and variant management, product taxonomy, and maintenance of accurate, structured product data.
• Manage Shopify listings, collections, metafields, filters, category pages,



and day-to-day website catalog operations to improve product discoverability.
• Coordinate with Product, Design, Creatives, Visual Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure timely and accurate product launches.
• Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy of pricing, specifications, imagery, variants, category mapping, and overall product presentation.
• Develop scalable catalog workflows, SOPs, and AI-assisted automation to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and maintain data consistency.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Catalog Management, Digital Merchandising, or Product Operations
• Positive understanding of product taxonomy, categorisation, structured attributes, and managing complex product variants.
• Experience managing Shopify products, SKUs, variants, collections, metafields, bulk uploads, and catalog operat
