We're scaling our community and influencer marketing capabilities, and you'll play a central role in shaping how Recruiterflow connects with the people who influence our industry.

You'll bring together credible voices, interesting ideas, and relevant content to build relationships that extend beyond individual campaigns. From influencer collaborations and social conversations to practitioner communities and customer advocacy, you'll help build a brand that people genuinely want to engage with and recommend.





This is a hands-on role with the freedom to experiment, build programs from scratch, and turn content, conversations, and relationships into meaningful business impact.

What You'll Do

• Identify and build relationships with the people shaping conversations in recruitment, including founders, industry experts, coaches, consultants, creators, and community leaders.
• Own influencer collaborations end to end, from identifying the right voices and developing ideas to briefing, content creation, distribution, and performance measurement.
• Build programs that turn one-off collaborations into lasting relationships through expert content, interviews, thought leadership, product advocacy, and shared initiatives.
