we are looking for a technically sound, detail-oriented, and solution-focused qualified to manage backend processes, MIS reporting, online portals, and technical issue resolution. The candidate should be comfortable working with different digital platforms, identifying process errors, coordinating with users and service providers, and ensuring that pending issues are resolved within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Portal & System Support
- Handle technical issues on company portals, online platforms, and internal software systems.
- Troubleshoot login errors, access issues, data submission failures, technical errors, and workflow interruptions.
- Coordinate with portal helpdesks, IT teams, and service providers to resolve issues.
- Raise support tickets, maintain tracking records, and follow up until closure.
- Maintain records of recurring problems and their resolutions.

2. MIS & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Update operational data, trackers, pending tasks,



and issue-resolution reports.
- Check data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain dashboards to monitor task completion, pending cases, and process performance.

3. Process Coordination & Monitoring
- Monitor employee tasks and pending activities through designated systems or portals.
- Coordinate with employees and departments to resolve process-related issues.
- Follow up on incomplete tasks, errors, approvals, and pending submissions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or service provider.
- Ensure processes are completed according to company SOPs and deadlines.

4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain issue logs, ticket records, SOPs, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Share regular updates on resolved issues, outstanding cases, and recurring problems.
